I had red, yellow and black tomatoes this year and just threw them all together to make sauce and boy is that sauce terrible looking. Brown sauce not red. It tastes great though. Later I made the sauces separately so I have some orange sauce and some red sauce and some really dark brown sauce. It looks a lot prettier, but was more work to keep them all separate.
